Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced/cubed chicken
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sliced carrots
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/3 bag of egg noodles
- 4 Tbsp of Better Than Bouillon Chicken
Directions
- In a large pot, on medium heat, cook chicken in the butter until cooked through.
- Add the celery and carrots, along with the water, thyme, parsley, and bouillon
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add noodles and cook at a low boil until noodles are tender.
- Taste test and add more water or bouillon as needed.
Tips & Tricks
- If you just want broth, skip adding the chicken and butter.
- Add more carrots and celery if you like more veggies.
- We always used Creamette's medium egg noodles. My Dad always insisted that these were the best.
- Add more noodles or less noodles to your liking.
- Easy base recipe to tweak for your likes.
